Open Training Sessions
Remote-Learner is pleased to announce a series of open training sessions that will meet the needs of individuals who would like to learn more about using Moodle to create courses and deliver instruction. In addition to our series of trainings focusing on teaching with Moodle, Remote-Learner is also offering a 1-day Moodle administrator training that will provide individuals with the skills to manage a Moodle installation.
Moodle Training for Teachers and Trainers
These two-day training sessions, being offered around the country, are designed for teachers and business trainers who would like to learn more about Moodle's features and how to implement them effectively.
All training workshops will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m., with an hour for lunch on your own.
The cost for the two-day workshop is $395 per person.

Note: This training will not address administrative Moodle tasks such as user authentication, site setup, themes, etc. This training is geared toward teachers and course creators who will be building content and facilitating student activity (see the training agenda for a more detailed outline of the topics covered in the workshop).

Moodle Administrator Training
This one-day training session is designed for teachers, business trainers, and administrators who would like to learn more about Moodle's features and how to implement them effectively.
The primary goal of the administration training is to introduce participants to the administrative features of Moodle. The training will begin with a brief introduction to Moodle. This introduction will be followed by a guided tour of Moodle's administrative menus. Special attention will be paid to user and enrollment management. Please see the training agenda for more detailed information.
All training workshops will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m., with an hour for lunch on your own.
The cost for the one-day workshop is $350 per person.
